Returns & Exchanges

Our Promise to You
We want you to love every Evergreen Kid Co. purchase. If something doesn't work out, we've made returns simple and hassle-free.

30-Day Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging (when applicable i.e. gift boxes)

Free Returns
Unlike many brands, we offer completely free returns. Simply email us at info@evergreenkidco.com with your order number, and we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. No deductions, no fees—just a straightforward refund, assuming the requirements above have been met.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@evergreenkidco.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive your free return label via email (usually within 24 hours)
  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible
  4. Attach the label and drop off at any USPS location
  5. Get your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return criteria, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time due to our limited inventory and frequent product launches. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. Don't worry—we'll get you that free return label!

Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Items purchased during special promotional events (when noted)
  • Items that have tags removed, been worn, washed, or show signs of use

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@evergreenkidco.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you, or issue a full refund if you prefer. Your satisfaction is our priority.


Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days total (1-2 days processing + 3-5 days shipping). You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled if the order has not been fulfilled (usually within 24 hours of placement). After the order has entered our fulfillment process it cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at info@evergreenkidco.com if you need to make changes.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still can't locate it, contact us at info@evergreenkidco.com within 10 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Do you ship internationally?
We're currently focused on serving customers in the United States.

What's your privacy policy regarding my shipping information?
